As I sit majestically on top of Prospect Hill on 5 glorious acres and look out over the views of Mt Piper. This old "Farmhouse" wonders with my wide verandahs and high ornate ceilings and all the tender loving care that I have received through my major renovations - who will be my next loving family?
I now have a stunning new kitchen and laundry with granite benchtops and all the trimmings one would expect. With new hardwood floors, carpet, curtains and blinds, lovely glass french doors, I do feel quite the modern Miss while still retaining my youthful elegance of yesteryear. My old legs have been re-stumped and my wiring is fine - so this old girl has all her lights on and is ready to be called home for many years to come. With 3 large bedrooms,2 bathrooms, 3 living areas, a bungalow, 4 car garage with workshop, I'm sure I have something for everyone and would love to see you soon!
