I live here at Kilmore East just near the railway station, so you can hop on a train to the city and it will only take you around 55 mins to get there - and no traffic lights! My block is around 1000m2 so your kids will have plenty of space to play.
My garden is very relaxing and although it's young, it's very well established - I even get fruit from the fruit trees!
I have a lovely deck where you can sit and watch the kids play and down in the corner with pretty landscaping, is a dog run (or chook pen if you like). I have recently had an extension added to me, so now I have two living areas as well as a good kitchen in the middle and I now have two bathrooms.

Polished floor boards throughout most of me is really easy to take care of and I am heated with a solid fuel heater, but I also have backup heating in some rooms.
